Collection is in Algodonales town centre. The exact address and instructions are included in your confirmed booking email.
What identification do I need?
Every adult rider must present a valid passport or national identity card at collection. We verify it in person; you do not upload a copy.
What is included?
A fully charged e-bike, correctly fitted helmet, lock, setup assistance and local route advice.
