Booking and cancellation

The rental is confirmed when payment is received. Cancellation is free more than 48 hours before collection; a 50% refund applies between 24 and 48 hours; no refund applies within 24 hours. If AlgoBike cancels, a date change or full refund is offered.

Rider responsibility

The rider must be at least 18, present valid identification, wear the supplied helmet, ride responsibly and follow traffic laws. The bike may not be transferred to another person or transported in a vehicle without permission.

Deposit, damage, loss and theft

A €500 card authorisation per bike is required before release. The customer is responsible for damage, loss, theft, missing accessories and reasonable recovery or repair costs, excluding normal wear. Any incident must be reported immediately.

Return

Bikes must be returned at the agreed time. An overnight return after 10:00 is charged as at least a two-day rental. The hold is released after inspection unless damage must be documented or assessed.
